My name is Gail Hardie and I am a Wedding Hair Specialist. I have been in hairdressing for 18 years, ten of those in one of Scotland's top salons, trained by Fay Towers who was a British Champion during the 90s.
 
    My training included styling for Fashion Photography and for Brides-To-Be creations. I also have City & Guild diplomas for teaching and for long-hair styling. I taught hairdressing for 4 years at Guensey College of Further Education, receiving a personal commendation from world famous hairdresser Patrick Cameron. During my working career I have assisted in the creation of photos for the Scottish Wedding Directory Magazine, including styling the cover model for their 10th Anniversary issue, and have worked with several of Scotland's best fashion photographers.
 
    Many weddings take place in luxurious and exotic venues, perhaps a 5 star Scottish Castle hotel many miles from a reputable hairdressing salon; but rest easy, my delight is to come to you and turn you into a relaxed and wonderful-looking bride. Early planning is essential, perhaps many months ahead, just as soon as you know when & where your wedding day will be, call me, to allow for a full discussion of what will be required and to allow for a trial run.
 
    I am passionate about what I do. My attitude is professional and friendly; I am a caring, reliable, easy-going person, and this is reflected in my work. And, most importantly, I am always calm when working with brides!
